Playground Games has confirmed that Forza Horizon 6 will launch on May 19, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S and PC, marking the series' long-awaited arrival in the heart of JDM culture.

With over 550 cars available at launch, the game focuses heavily on authentic representation, introducing "Touge Battles" and dedicated car meets at iconic locations like the docks and industrial districts. While Xbox and PC players can jump in via Game Pass on day one, Premium Edition owners get a head start with early access beginning May 15. In a historic move for the franchise, a PlayStation 5 version is also slated for release later this year, bringing the festival to a wider audience than ever before.
